What kind of garments do you use for print?
We use high quality brands including The American Apparel t-shirts and hoodies, Gildan, LA Apparel, Otto and others. It’s the smoothest and softest t-shirt you’ll ever wear.The American Apparel T-Shirt is one of our more fashionable, fitted t-shirts made in the USA. Made of fine jersey, it has a durable, vintage feel. These classic-cut shirts are known for their premium quality, as well as the ability to stand up to a washing machine (will keep size and colour after many washes).
Do keep in mind, it runs a bit small, so you may want to consider sizing up as these are generally “Slim-Fit” T Shirts. Definitely buy this t-shirt if you are looking for a trendy or style-focused t-shirt with a quality look and feel.

We use PayPal as a SECURE payment gateway for purchases made in our shop. You can pay via your PayPal account or with a Debit / Credit Card. Please double check your entries before purchase confirmation.
A PayPal account is NOT required to purchase items from our store. You can choose from any of the following methods using the Secure PayPal gateway.
NOTE: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Redbel Amsterdam is not responsible in any way for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the customer.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping is calculated automatically based on your location. We use live shipping rates, so you will see the actual shipping cost at checkout. US customers will receive their orders via USPS priority mail and international customers via Int’l priority mail.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Shipping can range from within 1-8 business days depending on the shipping address you provided at the checkout.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email verification with details and a tracking code once your order has been received and fulfilled.
I haven’t received my order, where’s my stuff?
If it’s been more than 2 to 3 weeks and you still haven’t received your order, you can contact us via our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reach out to our partners’ team to investigate. Please allow at least 2 to 3 weeks for delivery as we can NOT guarantee that all orders will arrive based on customer selected shipping methods.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost and we will not take responsibility for a free replacement. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
My product was damaged during shipping. What now?
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your order was damaged during shipping, we ask that photo verification of the damaged goods be sent to email@example.com, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 5 business days after the product is received.
My product got lost in the mail.
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will have it reprinted and resend it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, we would unfortunately not take responsibility. All claims must be submitted no more than 5 business days after the estimated delivery date. Redbel Amsterdam will not take responsibility for lost, missing or stolen packages due to undeliverable or wrong address input by customer at checkout. Shipping address on redbel-amsterdam.com MUST match Billing address on checkout on PayPal.
Reasons why a shipment may be late.
Your package has been returned due to having an undeliverable address entered at purchase. If this happens, we will contact you to get an updated address or determine how you would like to proceed. *New shipping charges will apply for reshipping.
A delivery attempt was made, but no one was home to receive the package. Depending on your shipping choices, you may have to contact your local delivery service to arrange a new delivery date.
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Exchanges where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered are non refundable and shipping will be the responsibility of the returning party. You must contact us and return any defective product for exchange within 5 business days of purchase. Returns for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only. All merchandise must be Unworn and Unwashed and in the same condition received.
